I had an issue that I reported, and it just sat open for way too long without actually getting resolved. I kept expecting some kind of real update or a fix, but it felt like nothing was really moving forward. By the time I checked back again, the problem was still there, so it basically felt like support didn’t fix anything at all

The social feed is helpful and I do like seeing what other people are saying, but I kind of regret expecting it to be more useful overall. There are a lot of random takes mixed in, so it can feel noisy when I’m just trying to find good discussions

I mostly use public for dividend stocks. Nothing too fancy. Just checking in, seeing what paid out, watching it land in the account. So far, it’s been painless. The payments show up like they’re supposed to, and I haven’t had to go digging around or contact anyone to figure out where the money went.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the dividend history could be a little more detailed. Sometimes I want to look back and get a clearer picture. Also, the alerts can feel a bit late here and there. Not a huge issue. Just noticeable. Overall though, it’s been solid and I haven’t had any real problems...

The site loads fine most of the time, but some pages are really slow and a little confusing to get around. It gets the job done, but it could definitely be smoother.

I tried using Public mostly to learn more about investing, but the articles felt really basic and kind of scattered, like I’d read one thing and then jump to another and still not feel like I understood much better, so it ended up being disappointing because I expected the learning side to be more useful.

So, out of nowhere, my account was restricted, which was already frustrating enough. I figured maybe there was some mistake or something I needed to verify, but before I could really make sense of it, they just closed the account completely. No clear explanation, no real details, just done. It felt confusing and kind of unfair.

Most of the time it fills quickly, so I just assume it’s going to work the way it usually does. Not much to complain about from my experience.

The app feels clean and the menus are simple enough to figure out. A few screens are kinda hidden though, so it took me a sec to find what I needed lol.

The pricing seemed okay at first, and most of it was easy to understand. But a few fees weren’t obvious and took way more digging than I expected. that added some unnecessary stress because I don’t like feeling like I might be missing extra costs.

I signed up for Public mainly because of the promo and used a friend’s referral too. To be fair, it didn’t show up as quickly as I thought it would, but the credit did eventually come through and I didn’t have any problems after that. The app has been straightforward to use. I do think the tracking could be clearer so you’re not left wondering, but overall my experience was reliable.

I tried linking my bank so I could add money to my account, and the whole thing was just a pain. It kept failing or telling me to try again later, stuff like that. When it finally did go through, the money still took way longer than I expected to show up. I reached out to support, but that didn’t really help much either. Just a annoying first experience overall

The crypto trading experience wasn’t my favorite. The fills felt slow, and it made the whole process kind of frustrating for me.

I didn’t think I’d use the premium tools that much, but I actually do, especially for research-related stuff. The only thing I’ve noticed is that some days the prices or loading can feel a bit slow, but overall I’ve had a good experience with it.

It’s not perfect every single second, but overall it just works the way I need it to. That reliability makes me feel more comfortable using it regularly.
